Our practice is mainly carried out close to the city center of Bergen, more specifically in Sandviksboder 73A, 2nd floor 5035 Bergen. The building is the only one in the world of its kind. It was a U-shaped rope lane in the original building. We are proud to have moved into these venerable premises with an enchanting view.

All sessions are paid either in cash or by credit-/debitcard upon arrival at the treatment center, or you can buy gift vouchers that apply to a certain number of treatments. All payments are made before the session starts.

Cancellation of the hour must occur within 48 hours. Hours canceled less than 48 hours before the agreed time must be paid in full. This also applies in case of no-show at the agreed hour.

We recommend our treatment packages on 3 and 5 sessions.

All sessions will be recorded according to our intake form for treatment and further notes will be made during and after any subsequent sessions. Most sessions will also be recorded either in the form of audio recordings and or video. Our clients cannot reserve against this, however, diss is for journal entry purposes only and will be stored on the client’s digital journal. This is a security measure for the client and the therapist so that the best possible treatment and follow-up can be carried out.

Being in hypnosis involves a situation where the person is in a state of optimal and focused attention. It’s not the same as sleep. There is a level before sleep. It is not possible to “not return”. Trance is a state of depression where the person becomes deeply relaxed.

With us hypnotherapy session is carried out by sitting / lying in a comfortable armchair. Depending on the challenges to be dealt with there will be relaxing music or silence in the room. We guide you so that if you choose to follow the suggestions / instructions, you will go into hypnosis. In hypnosis you have complete control at all times, you hear everything going on around you. You will not become unconscious or dumb in any way, you will also remember the entire session afterwards. You want to be left with a feeling of daydreaming. Hypnosis does not affect your ability to drive anything to mention. To go into hypnosis, it is important to be confident about what will happen. Think through all the questions you may have before you arrive so we can talk through this before we begin.

In order to make the changes you want, it is important that you decide for yourself.
